Venus & Uranus Evening Conjunction

April 23

The planet’s Venus and Uranus will be separated by less than 1 degree in the West after sunset this evening making them nicely placed to be viewed through a telescope’s eyepiece together. Additionally, the open star cluster M45 “The Pleiades” will be to their upper right a little over 3 degrees away. The darker the sky gets after sunset the better your chance of seeing Uranus.
