Palo Pinto Mountains State Park near Strawn, TX will have a star party hosted by the Fort Worth Astronomical Society on Saturday evening  July 11, 2026 @ 9:00 p.m.  Weather permitting.

The star party is held in the parking lot of the “Main Trailhead.” Check the PPMSP web site for a printable map in PDF format and look for the main trailhead. Please see the links below for more information.
