SUMMARY:Total Lunar Eclipse
DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, March 3\, 2026\, the Moon will pass through Earth’s shadow in a total lunar eclipse\, meaning the Moon will be completely darkened and often takes on a reddish hue. For Fort Worth observers\, the penumbral phase begins at around 2:44 a.m. CST\, the full totality begins around 5:04 a.m. CST\, reaches maximum at approximately 5:33 a.m.\, and ends around 6:02 a.m. CST\, though the Moon will be very low on the western horizon by the end of the event. This is a rare sight no special equipment is required\, just find a clear west-facing horizon and arrive early.
